Job Title: HR Reporting and MIS Specialist
Location: Bangalore / Mumbai
Experience: 4–8 Years

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Reporting and MIS Specialist with expertise in HR reporting, MIS, dashboards, and data analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and experience working with global stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely reports.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Data Analysis
Gather, analyze, and interpret HR data from multiple sources to generate accurate reports and dashboards.
Prepare standard and custom HR reports as per business requirements.
Support ad hoc reporting requests and special projects.
Continuously improve reporting processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain documentation for reporting processes, data definitions, and standard reports.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with global stakeholders and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to deliver reports and dashboards.
Prepare process documentation, user guides, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Ensure timely communication and effective stakeholder management.
SLA, KPI & Compliance
Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive HR data.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance reporting quality and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
4–8 years of experience in HR Reporting, MIS, or Data Analysis.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Mandatory).
Experience with Tableau and Cognos reporting tools (Mandatory).
Basic knowledge of Workday reporting.
Strong documentation and data validation skills.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
