TCS Bangalore – Learning & Development Specialist
HRO Account – German Language Required
Work Setup: Onsite
Location: Bangalore, India
Experience Required:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1 to 4 years experience in HRO, HR Operations, Learning & Development, shared services, or back-office operations
- German language proficiency mandatory with B1/B2 certification required
- Good communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal
- Basic understanding of HR processes or Learning & Development operations preferred
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Role Summary:
Support end-to-end Learning & Development operations within an HRO environment. Coordinate training schedules, learning events, and stakeholder communication in German and English. Manage training records, completion tracking, and documentation. Ensure quality service and process compliance.
