Indirect Sourcing Specialist

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 2–7 Years

Role Summary

We are looking for an Indirect Sourcing Specialist to manage sourcing and procurement activities for assigned indirect categories. The role will focus on competitive sourcing, supplier coordination, commercial evaluation, documentation, compliance, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Execute sourcing events for assigned indirect categories, including supplier communication, bid tabulation, and commercial evaluation.
Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, scope, timelines, and budgets.
Support negotiations, contracting, and supplier onboarding as per procurement governance.
Maintain sourcing documentation, commercial records, supplier master data, and approval trails.
Track supplier performance, contract milestones, renewals, and issue resolution.
Analyze spend and supplier data to identify savings opportunities and category insights.
Coordinate with Procurement Operations and Finance teams to resolve PO, invoice, and service acceptance issues.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives, reporting, templates, and sourcing workflows.

Education
