Position: Customer Service Representative

Process: U.S BANKING VOICE PROCESS

Responsibilities Include:

Responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties include handling incoming calls, emails, and live chats, providing product information, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Shift Timing: Rotational Shifts (5 Days Working)

Work Location : Mumbai

Eligibility : -

Graduates with 9 months International BPO Voice Experience / Undergraduates with 18 months International BPO Voice Experience

Excellent Communication is must

Experience Letters are mandatory from all the Organizations
