TCS Hiring – International Voice Customer Service Role | Pune & Mumbai
TCS is hiring for an International Voice Customer Service role for Pune and Mumbai locations. The role is suitable for candidates with international customer service experience across Banking, Travel, Healthcare, Collections, Ecommerce, Telecom, or Technical Support domains.
Role: Customer Service Associate
Skill: International Voice
Hiring Grade: BPOZ, BPO1, BPO2, BPO3
Process: International Voice – Banking & Cards (US & Australia Process)
Salary: Up to 7 LPA CTC (for BPO 2)
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate and above with minimum 1 year and maximum 12 years of relevant experience in the contact center industry
Candidates with more than 12 years of experience may be considered on a case-to-case basis depending on experience, education, career gap, designation, and role managed
HSC candidates must have minimum 18 months and maximum 10 years of relevant contact center experience
International Voice experience is mandatory
Experience in Banking, Travel, Healthcare, Collections, Ecommerce, Telecom, or Technical Services is preferred for Pune location
Strong English communication with a neutral accent
Good computer proficiency and accurate data-entry skills
Flexible to work in a 24x7 environment aligned to US, UK, or Australian business hours
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions efficiently with zero availability time
Ensure SLA adherence at individual and team levels
Meet and exceed performance metrics and KPIs
Focus on customer satisfaction, AHT, and overall customer experience
Stay updated with process changes and updates
Implement feedback and corrective actions to avoid repeat issues
Required Skills

Good analytical and technical understanding
Ability to multitask effectively
Flexible and adaptable to change
Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills
Important Note
Candidates who are not currently based in Mumbai or Pune should be comfortable relocating to either location.
