International Voice Process Executive
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only
We are looking for experienced professionals with a background in the International Voice Process who possess excellent English communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer interactions via voice.
Resolve customer queries related to subscriptions, billing, account access, software installation, and technical support.
Deliver excellent customer service while identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
Meet operational KPIs and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
Graduate (Mandatory).
Minimum experience in an International Voice Process.
Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1 level preferred).
Experience in customer support, cross-selling, or upselling.
Immediate joiner.
Willing to work from the Hyderabad office in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, or Android environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced customer support environment.
