1. Job Title : International Voice – UK Insurance
2. Job Description :
We are looking for candidates with experience in the international insurance domain and strong English communication skills to support customers in the UK insurance process. Candidates with UK or US insurance experience, including chat or email support experience, are welcome if they are comfortable transitioning to a voice process.
3. Experience : 1–5yrs
4. Location : Mumbai, Maharashtra
5. Required Skills :
Excellent English communication skills
International insurance domain knowledge
Customer service and customer query handling
Email and chat support
Voice process handling and customer interaction
6. Key Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to existing insurance customers.
Handle customer queries through voice and, when required, email.
Follow communication scripts, canned responses, and email templates.
Manage a high volume of customer queries and concerns.
Maintain service quality and follow process guidelines.
Work in rotational UK shifts as required.
7. Qualifications :
Graduate in any discipline.
1–4 years of relevant work experience.
Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
International insurance experience is required; UK or US insurance experience is preferred.
Knowledge of retirements, pensions, or life insurance is an advantage.
Candidates with chat/email support experience may apply if comfortable with voice support.
