Location: Bangalore

Experience: 4–8 Years

Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA

Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM–4:00 AM or 7:00 PM–5:00 AM IST)

Work Mode: Work from Office

We are hiring an experienced Interview Scheduling Specialist to coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling for global recruitment teams. The ideal candidate should have experience supporting US/UK or international hiring, managing interview calendars, coordinating with Talent Acquisition teams, Hiring Managers, and candidates, and ensuring a seamless interview experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
Manage interview calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
Maintain interview records and provide scheduling updates.
Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Use MS Excel and HR systems to track interview schedules and related data.

Eligibility:

Bachelor's degree (preferred).
4–8 years of experience in interview scheduling or international recruitment.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
