Roles & Responsibilities

• Shall be responsible for maintaining highest standard of Information Security Protocols to safe guard the company from risks

• Maintaining ISO 27001 framework and a healthy Information Security Management System (ISMS).

• Developing and managing a Compliance framework in line with Group Compliance policies and local regulations

• Define and facilitate the information security risk assessment process, including the reporting and oversight of treatment efforts to address negative findings.

• Lead on compliance reviews, certifications, and accreditations (e.g., ISO27001, PCI DSS, HIPPA, SOC1, etc.).

• Manage security incidents and events to protect corporate IT assets, including intellectual property, regulated data and the company's reputation.

• Create and manage information security awareness training programs for all employees, contractors, and approved system users.

• Prepare reports or make presentations on internal investigations, breaches, or violations of regulations, policies, and procedures.

• Review and collaborate with the Technology/ SDLC functions on mitigation of risk.

• Knowledge and understanding of regulatory issues and themes (both local and extraterritorial) – Including GDPR/CCPA/ DPDPA23.

• Heading the internal auditor group/ ISMS taskforce/ BCM/Incident management and Steering committee

• Responsible for continual improvement across org with respect to Process, technology, and tools automation

• Responsible for client RFPS and Due Diligence (Vendor and client) from ISMS/QMS aspects.

• Development and implementation of compliance initiatives across Locations.
