- To be responsible for configuring, installing, troubleshooting and managing PC hardware and software applications and patches as per the user needs.
- To configure, manage and maintain the LAN and WAN networking components like Routers, Switches, Server and modem, etc.
- To provide technical support and remote assistance to the clients in order to resolve the tickets addressed by users.
- To resolve the issues occur in real-time basis.
- To configure and troubleshoot Outlook email management
- To backup and recover the user data's and emails in case of any disasters.
