Job Description

We are looking for an Italian Language Specialist – Cards Operations with strong analytical, communication, and client-handling skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in Cards Operations, particularly Disputes & Collections, along with strong proficiency in the Italian language.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Handle Cards Operations – Disputes & Collections processes.

• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Prepare and manage MIS reports accurately and efficiently.

• Have strong working knowledge of MS Office tools.

• Maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Meet stringent client deliverables and service-level requirements.

• Deliver effective presentations when required.

• Communicate fluently in Italian – both written and verbal.

• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Experience: 2–10 years

• Strong proficiency in Italian language (written and verbal).

• Experience/knowledge in Cards Operations – Disputes & Collections.

• Good analytical and interpersonal skills.

• Strong client communication and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and MIS reporting.

• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
