Job Summary

We are looking for an Italian Language Specialist – Cards Operations with strong Italian language skills and experience in Cards Operations – Disputes & Collections. The ideal candidate should have good analytical, communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Cards Operations activities related to Disputes & Collections.

• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports.

• Analyze information and support operational requirements.

• Use MS Office tools for reporting and day-to-day activities.

• Meet stringent client deliverables and timelines.

• Prepare and deliver presentations when required.

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years of relevant experience.

• Strong Italian language proficiency – written and verbal.

• Knowledge of Cards Operations – Disputes & Collections.

• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Strong client communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Office tools.

• Experience with MIS reporting.

• Effective presentation skills.

• Ability to meet stringent client deliverables.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
