Role Overview
We’re looking for an Italian Language Specialist to support Cards Operations, with strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities
Support Cards Operations, particularly Disputes and Collections.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in Italian.
Prepare MIS reports and presentations.
Analyze operational data and meet client deliverables.
Support day-to-day operations while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Collaborate with teams to resolve operational issues.
Requirements
2–10 years of relevant experience.
Strong Italian language skills – written and verbal.
Experience in Cards Operations, Disputes, or Collections.
Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office and MIS reporting.
Effective presentation and client communication skills.
Ability to work against stringent client timelines.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
