Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Italian Language Specialist – Cards Operations to support cards-related processes, with a strong focus on disputes and collections. The ideal candidate should have excellent Italian language proficiency, analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and deliver high-quality results within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Handle Cards Operations – Disputes & Collections processes effectively.
Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders in a professional manner.
Analyze operational issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports and operational data.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned deliverables.
Meet stringent client deliverables and agreed service levels.
Prepare and deliver effective presentations as required.
Use MS Office tools for reporting, analysis, documentation, and presentations.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Support day-to-day operations while maintaining quality and process compliance.
Use Italian language skills for written and verbal communication.
