Hiring: Lead Finance Analyst – OTC

Location: Nagpur
Experience: 4–8 Years
Band: BPO 3
Salary: Up to 9 LPA

About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Finance Analyst – OTC with strong experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) and F&A operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, analytical, team-handling, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive process improvements and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support end-to-end OTC operations, including Cash Applications, Billing, Reconciliations, and Bad Debt Management.
Handle stakeholder queries and escalations with clear and concise communication.
Drive team collaboration, support team performance, and effectively train team members.
Ensure SOPs are accurately documented, updated, and adhered to.
Identify process gaps, errors, and opportunities for quality improvement and efficiency.
Prepare and present monthly/quarterly MIS reports using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Maintain strong process controls and ensure compliance with established procedures.
Manage month-end and project-related deadlines effectively.
Support cross-training and adapt to changing business requirements.

Required Skills

Minimum 4 years of experience in OTC / F&A operations.
Strong verbal and written English communication.
Good knowledge of Cash Applications, Billing, Reconciliations, and Bad Debt Management.
Strong MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
Team handling, training, and stakeholder/client management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement abilities.
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Flexible to work in shifts from the Nagpur location.

Education

B.Com / BBA / BCCA / MBA / Master's in Commerce or equivalent qualification.
