Role Overview

TCS is hiring a Lead – Master Data Management (MDM) to manage Employee Master Data operations across multiple locations. The role involves leading a team, ensuring data accuracy, performing reconciliations, conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA), managing SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Employee Central data, and driving compliance with data governance and audit standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Employee Master Data Management (MDM) operations.
Manage a team of 15 members across multiple locations.
Perform and review employee master data transactions.
Handle employee data changes in SAP HCM and Employee Central (EC).
Perform reconciliations and resolve data discrepancies.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
Prepare MIS reports and dashboards.
Ensure compliance with data governance, SOX, and audit requirements.
Support stakeholders and drive continuous process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10–15 years of relevant experience.
Master Data Management (MDM).
SAP HCM (Mandatory).
Employee Central (SuccessFactors EC) (Mandatory).
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) (Mandatory).
Reconciliation & MIS Reporting.
MS Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
Knowledge of India Labour Laws (Mandatory).
Strong stakeholder and team management skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
