Job Title :  Lean Practitioner


Job Description : 

We are looking for an experienced Lean Practitioner to lead transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across Utilities operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Process Excellence, Operational Transformation, Business Process Improvement, and Change Management within the BPO or Utilities domain.

This role is responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities, driving operational efficiency, reducing costs, improving customer experience, and delivering measurable business outcomes through Lean methodologies, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end Lean transformation initiatives across Utilities operations including Customer Service, Billing, Metering, Collections, and Back Office.

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, FTE reduction, productivity improvement, and cost savings.

  • Conduct process diagnostics using Lean tools such as SIPOC, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Process Mapping, and Time & Motion Studies.

  • Lead Lean Six Sigma projects using DMAIC, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation, digital transformation, RPA, AI, and process optimization initiatives.

  • Improve operational KPIs including Productivity, Quality, AHT, CSAT, NPS, Compliance, and Efficiency.

  • Build transformation roadmaps and maintain continuous improvement pipelines.

  • Facilitate Kaizen workshops, brainstorming sessions, and process improvement forums.

  • Establish governance frameworks to monitor benefits realization and sustain improvements.

  • Support leadership and clients through business reviews, QBRs, operational reporting, and transformation insights.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

  • 8–10 years of experience in Lean, Process Excellence, Business Transformation, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence roles.

  • Experience in BPO, Shared Services, Utilities, Customer Operations, Billing, Retail, or Collections processes.

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred.
