About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Life Sciences Commercial Consultant to drive business transformation, commercial strategy, and digital innovation for leading global Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, CRO, and Consumer Health organizations.
In this role, you will lead consulting engagements across Commercial Excellence, Sales & Marketing, CRM, Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, and Commercial Analytics, while partnering with senior business stakeholders to design and deliver industry-leading solutions that improve commercial performance and business outcomes.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in Life Sciences Consulting, Pharma Commercial Operations, Sales Force Effectiveness, CRM Platforms, and Commercial Technology Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead commercial consulting engagements and large-scale transformation programs for global Life Sciences clients.
Design and implement business and technology solutions across Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, and Customer Experience.
Develop commercial strategies, solution frameworks, and consulting methodologies aligned with industry best practices.
Drive end-to-end solutioning for Commercial business processes and supporting technology platforms.
Build strong relationships with client leadership and executive stakeholders.
Lead proposal development, solution presentations, thought leadership initiatives, white papers, and practice development activities.
Partner with leading technology vendors and ecosystem partners within the Life Sciences Commercial landscape.
Develop innovative solutions across CRM, Sales Force Automation, Commercial Analytics, Patient Engagement, Closed Loop Marketing, Multi-Channel Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mobility, Social Media Analytics, and Gen AI.
Mentor and coach consulting teams while contributing to capability development and knowledge sharing.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, emerging technologies, and commercial best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in B.Pharm, B.Tech, B.E., B.Sc., or equivalent.
MBA is highly preferred, particularly in Pharmaceutical Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Excellent communication, consulting, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical mindset with expertise in solving complex business challenges.
Comfortable working with senior leadership and C-level executives.
Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.

Eligibility (Non-Negotiable)
10–15 years of experience in Life Sciences Commercial Consulting, Commercial Excellence, Sales & Marketing, or Commercial Transformation is mandatory.
Strong domain expertise across Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Diagnostics (MDD), CRO, or Consumer Health industries is required.
Hands-on experience in Commercial Operations, CRM, Sales Force Automation (SFA), Commercial Analytics, Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, or Revenue Management is mandatory.
Experience with Life Sciences technology platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce (SFDC), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Model N, or Revitas is highly preferred.
US market experience is mandatory. Global or EU project exposure is an added advantage.
Strong client-facing consulting experience with senior stakeholders is required.
Candidates must be willing to work from Mumbai, Hyderabad, Noida, or Bangalore and travel as required.
PAN and Date of Birth (DOB) are mandatory for profile creation.
