Job Title : O2C Analyst – End-to-End Operations & GST/TDS

Job Description : 

We are looking for experienced Order to Cash (O2C) professionals to manage end-to-end accounts receivable operations, including order validation, billing, collections, cash applications, debit and credit notes, refunds, GST/TDS processing, month-end closing, and MIS reporting. Candidates should have knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, Indian accounting standards, GST, and TDS, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience : : 1–9 yrs 

Location :  Kolkata, West Bengal — 100% Work From Office (WFO).

Required Skills : 

• Order to Cash (O2C) and Accounts Receivable

• SAP / ERP Systems

• GST, TDS, and Indian Accounting Standards

• Microsoft Excel and MIS Reporting

• Billing, Collections, Cash Applications, and Reconciliation

 Key Responsibilities : 

  Order Management and Billing

• Validate customer orders and process transactions in ERP systems.

• Generate accurate invoices, apply GST, and support statutory e-invoicing.

  Collections and Accounts Receivable

• Support collections and cash application activities.

• Monitor outstanding receivables and prepare AR ageing reports.

   Reporting and Month-End Closing

• Prepare Daily Sales Reports, AR ageing reports, and other MIS reports.

• Support month-end closing, reconciliations, and accurate transaction recording.

   Compliance and Process Improvement

• Follow applicable accounting standards, GST/TDS regulations, internal policies, and controls.

• Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation.

    Additional Responsibilities for Senior-Level Roles

• Handle complex billing disputes, payment delays, and escalations.

• Manage high-value customers and high-volume transactions.

Qualifications : 

• B.Com (Hons.), M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or ICWA Inter.

• Relevant experience in O2C or Accounts Receivable operations.

• Working knowledge of SAP and ERP systems.
