Interview Scheduling Specialist

Location: Mumbai / Bangalore
Experience: 4–8 Years
Shift: Night Shift – 6:00 PM–4:00 AM / 7:00 PM–5:00 AM IST

Job Summary

We are looking for an Interview Scheduling Specialist with experience in US/UK recruitment processes and interview scheduling. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating interviews across phone, video, and in-person formats while ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate interview scheduling for candidates and hiring teams.
Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews based on availability.
Maintain and update interview calendars accurately.
Coordinate with candidates, Talent Acquisition (TA), and Hiring Managers (HM).
Gather required information from TA/HM for interview scheduling.
Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and issues.
Ensure timely communication of interview details and updates.
Provide regular status reports to TA/HM.
Maintain accurate scheduling data and records using MS Excel and internal systems.
Manage multiple scheduling requests while meeting timelines and service expectations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
3–6 years of experience in Interview Scheduling is preferred.
Experience in US Recruitment, UK Recruitment, or International Recruitment with interview scheduling is required.
