Transformation Lead – Media & Trust & Safety
Location: Kolkata / Mumbai
Experience: 8–15+ Years
Role Summary
Lead AI-driven transformation and automation initiatives across Media and Trust & Safety domains. Drive scalable, AI-led solutions across OTT, Ad Operations, content platforms, data annotation, localization, AI training data, and content moderation. Own transformation strategy, execution, governance, and continuous improvement with a focus on quality, productivity, compliance, faster releases, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive AI-first transformation and automation roadmaps aligned with business and delivery goals.
Lead AI-driven solutions across OTT streaming, AdTech/Ad Operations, content systems, Trust & Safety, data annotation, localization, and content moderation.
Identify and implement automation opportunities across manual and reactive workflows.
Enable human-in-the-loop models for accuracy, contextual judgment, and quality assurance.
Validate data pipelines, analytics, reporting systems, and AI training data.
Establish automation, quality, governance, and audit-ready standards.
Leverage GenAI and intelligent automation for test generation, self-healing, predictive quality, and operational efficiency.
Drive improvements in accuracy, consistency, SLA adherence, productivity, and quality metrics.
Ensure compliance with platform policies, legal regulations, content standards, and operational guidelines.
Collaborate with Technology, Operations, QA, and Business stakeholders on tools, platforms, and AI/ML solutions.
Identify abuse patterns, harmful content trends, risk areas, and opportunities for proactive intervention.
Own automation execution, transformation initiatives, and defect/issue lifecycle management.
Develop dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to provide actionable business insights.
Support solutioning for new deals, RFPs/RFIs, and transformation opportunities.
Manage distributed teams and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Present transformation strategies, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Ability to work responsibly in sensitive-content environments.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, AI, Analytics, or any related discipline is mandatory.
Master’s degree is preferred.
