Job Title: Transformation Lead – Media Domain

Location: Kolkata / Mumbai
Experience: 10–15+ Years

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Transformation Lead to drive AI-led automation and quality transformation across the Media domain, including OTT, Ad Operations, AdTech, and content platforms. The role will own the automation strategy, execution, governance, and quality roadmap with a focus on productivity, scalability, faster releases, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive an AI-first automation roadmap aligned with Media delivery goals.
Lead AI-driven automation across OTT streaming, AdTech/Ad Operations, and content platforms.
Design effective human-in-the-loop models by balancing AI decisioning with manual validation.
Validate data pipelines, analytics, dashboards, and reporting systems.
Establish automation standards, governance frameworks, and audit-ready processes.
Leverage GenAI and intelligent automation for test generation, self-healing, predictive quality, and process optimization.
Ensure quality validation across web, mobile, and device platforms.
Own automation execution and end-to-end defect lifecycle management.
Collaborate with distributed technology, operations, QA, and business teams.
Develop dashboards and metrics to provide actionable insights on quality, productivity, and automation performance.
Drive continuous improvement and scalable transformation initiatives across Media operations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI, or related field – Mandatory.
Master's degree – Preferred.
