Job Description – Onboarding Manager – HRO Services
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 9–12 Years
Shift: Night Shift (Anytime between 6:00 PM IST and 5:00 AM IST)
Job Summary
The Onboarding Manager – HRO Services will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for client employees, ensuring a smooth transition into HR systems and services. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, managing client expectations, ensuring compliance, and improving onboarding efficiency and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee employee onboarding processes, documentation, and compliance procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and customize onboarding solutions.
Develop project plans and ensure timely completion of onboarding milestones.
Coordinate between clients and internal teams to resolve issues proactively.
Ensure employee documentation is collected, verified, and processed according to regulatory and legal requirements.
Maintain accurate onboarding records for audit purposes.
Facilitate employee onboarding into HRIS platforms and communicate policies, benefits, and other relevant information.
Monitor onboarding timelines, client satisfaction, and employee engagement metrics.
Provide regular performance updates and insights to leadership.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and HRO best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in HRO, HR services, or related industries.
At least 5 years of experience in an onboarding, implementation, lead, or managerial role.
Experience managing a team of 35+ employees.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as ADP, Workday, or BambooHR.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities effectively.
