Job Description : 

We are looking for an experienced Onboarding Manager to oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) services. The ideal candidate will have strong team leadership, project management, client relationship, and HR operations experience to ensure seamless onboarding, regulatory compliance, and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities : 

• Oversee end-to-end employee onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and deliver customized onboarding solutions.

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Maintain accurate onboarding documentation and records for audits and compliance.

• Facilitate employee onboarding into HR systems and communicate relevant policies and benefits.

• Monitor onboarding metrics, timelines, client satisfaction, and employee engagement.

• Provide regular performance updates and insights to leadership.

• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

• Lead and manage a team, ensuring operational performance and timely delivery.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, or a related leadership/managerial role.

• Experience managing a team of 35 or more employees.

• Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as ADP, Workday, or BambooHR.

• Advanced Excel skills.
