Role: OTC Senior Team Member

Skill: Order To Cash

Experience: 8 years to 12 years (BPO4/5 - up to 16.5lpa)

Job Location: Nagpur

Shift: 24x7

Notice Period: 0 to 30 days

Education:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

• Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- B.Com, M.Com or similar

Must Have:

• Order to Cash – End to end process knowledge of Order to cash process, Income Recording, Income Reconciliations, Processing Refunds, Contract Income Reconciliations, Chargeback, Cash Apps & Billing , Journals

• Essential to have ERP system hands on experience, preferably in SAP SAP & ServiceNow

Good-to-Have:

• Knowledge Income Recording & Reconciliations

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

Income Recording & Recognition:

• Upon receipt of income details ensure these are recorded within SLA (Online & Offline with all modes of payment from customer)

• Coordinating with client for missing data

• Coordinating with client for approvals

• Share inputs for Bank Reconciliations

Refunds:

• Verify & review refund request received

• Share refund requests to P2P for payment

• Coordinating with client for missing data

• Coordinating with Lead for approvals

• Closure of tickets on ServiceNow

• Income Reconciliation / Contract Income Reconciliations / Bank Reconciliations

• Ensure Income received is reconciled with Expected Income

• Identify Variances & provide commentary

• Share details with IRR team for adjustment Journals

• Reconcile Contract Income

• Provide Input to Bank Reconciliations team for Income related Items

• Provisions / Accruals / Deferrals / Refund Journals

• Income Journal Preparation for Accruals & Deferrals

• Parking of Income Journals

• Posting of refund Journals

• Run ADR report and created provisions for doubtful debts

• Coordinate with Operations team to seek inputs
