Role: Passenger Revenue Accounting - Interline

Location: Mumbai/Gurugram

Grade: BPO1/2

Salary Range: up to 6 LPA

Qualifications: Graduate from any discipline

Skills Set Req:

**Processing of Outgoing billings to Other airlines , Auditing/Checking the Incoming Billing from Other Airlines & settlement of disputes arising out of the Outgoing and Incoming Billings**

Domain Requirements:

• IATA UFTAA Certified / Diploma in Travel and Tourism preferred

• Fare Filing & Fare auditing Knowledge – Preferable not mandatory

• Knowledge of GDS/ Amadeus / ATPCO preferable.

• 1-5 years experience in Interline preferred

Other Requirements:

• Ability to cross-train/re-train and learn new processes quickly

• Working knowledge of MS Office and other standard desktop applications

• Good communication skills (verbal and written)

• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

• Willing to work in shifts

Job responsibility:

Working knowledge on below sub process:

• Non Sample

Settlement / Processing of incoming/outgoing debits / billings raised/sent by/to other airlines for all passenger documents uplifted / transported on their flights, using the Non Sample procedure. This involves accepting or rejecting the debit /billing based on the authenticity / correctness of the debit / billing.

• Sampling

Settlement / Processing of Incoming Debits / Billings raised to/by Other Airlines for all passenger coupons uplifted / transported on own/their flights, using the Sample procedure. This involves evaluation of billed passenger coupons as per the sample percentage determined.

• Rejections

Settlement / processing of incoming/outgoing rejections raised by/to other airlines for the documents billed. If a particular debit is not settled at the rejection stages, the same would have to be settled by initiating correspondence.
