Are you fluent in Portuguese with a background in Finance & Accounting? This is your opportunity to join a global financial research and analytics team, where you'll work with multinational corporations, analyze financial statements, and contribute to high-impact market intelligence projects.

What You'll Do

Research, review, and analyze financial statements and broker reports of leading global companies.
Extract and interpret key financial data from:
- Income Statements
- Balance Sheets
- Cash Flow Statements
Capture important financial metrics including Revenue, Net Income, EPS, Weighted Average Shares, Income Before Tax, Income Tax, and one-time charges.
Analyze company press releases, earnings calls, and investor presentations to document future guidance and estimates.
Perform transaction-based and rule-based financial processing, including data verification, reconciliations, balancing, formatting, and reporting.
Conduct web research to gather and validate financial information.
Maintain high-quality financial databases by accurately updating client systems.
Interact with international clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Work in rotational and night shifts based on business requirements.

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, Financial Research, or Financial Analysis.
Fluent Portuguese language proficiency (spoken and written).
Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting principles and financial reporting.
Knowledge of:
- Financial Statements
- Stock Markets
- Equity & Fixed Income
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work rotational and night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

B.Com, BAF, BMS, or MBA (Finance)
Candidates from other educational backgrounds with strong Portuguese and English communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Professional certifications such as:
- NISM
- CMSA
- IFRS
- Other Finance or Capital Markets certifications are an added advantage.
