Role
Payroll (RTR) Lead
Key Skills
- Strong experience in F&A – RTR activities
- Core Accounting: Balance Sheet & Month-End Close
- Balance Sheet analysis & complex accounting
- Revenue Recognition & complex Journal Entries
- Payroll accounting
- Reporting & dashboard preparation
- Open-item resolution
- Month-close meetings with retained teams
- Team training & daily reporting
- SLA adherence & governance
- Client interaction and governance calls
- Oracle ERP preferred
- AR experience required
- MS Office proficiency
- Process improvement experience
- Strong analytical & decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication
Responsibilities
- Review and manage close functions
- Perform Balance Sheet analysis and complex journal reviews
- Handle payroll and open-item resolution
- Support month-end close activities
- Participate in client governance calls
- Track and ensure SLA compliance
- Train and support team members
- Prepare daily reports and dashboards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Track budget expenses
- Maintain healthy vendor relationships
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail

- Able to work independently
- Strong data-entry and PC skills
- Good general mathematical skills
