Job Title: Portuguese Language Expert – SAP Ariba / Invoice Processing

Job Description :

We are looking for Portuguese Language Experts with experience in SAP Ariba and invoice processing to support Portuguese-speaking business stakeholders.

The role involves processing invoices received in Portuguese and English, coordinating approvals, resolving invoice-related queries, and providing language support to business teams.

Required Skills :

1. Intermediate-level Portuguese proficiency or Graduation in Portuguese.

2. Mandatory hands-on exposure to SAP Ariba.

3. Portuguese-to-English translation and interpretation.

4. MS Office proficiency.

5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities : 

• Process invoices received in Portuguese and English.

• Post invoices in SAP Ariba for approval.

• Coordinate with business stakeholders to obtain necessary invoice approvals.

• Investigate and resolve invoice-related issues involving Portuguese-language documentation.

• Respond to business emails and tickets related to invoice processing.

• Provide translation and interpretation support to Portuguese-speaking clients.

• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks

Qualifications :

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).

• Graduation is compulsory.

• Intermediate-level Portuguese proficiency or a degree in Portuguese.

• 2–8 years of relevant experience.

• SAP Ariba exposure is mandatory.
