Looking out for Pre Underwriters & Underwriters
Relocation can be considered
Exp: 3-8yrs, Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field
CTC: 5 to 8 LPA (Two way cab + Night shift + incentives)
Work from home till October
Looking out for immediate joiners
Shifts : Night
Location : Bangalore
Responsibilities:
• Perform due diligence review of delegated correspondent closed loan submissions to ensure loan meets all credit and property guidelines of Homeward and investors, as well as meeting all Homeward established loan policies, credit limits and regulatory requirements
• To keep up to date with any State, Federal, and Agency regulation changes as well as internal Company policies and procedures to ensure that all activities meet and exceed regulatory requirements in accordance with Investor, State and or Federal guidelines
• Clear conditions on loans; affirm data integrity on all submissions.
• Identify potential misrepresentation of fraud
• Escalate all declined loans for second review to UW
• Authorize the purchase of loans when acceptable
Key Result Areas:
• Review underwriting files in a timely manner
• To recognize breaches of our internal procedures and identify trends and ensure these are reported correctly
• Track action items to remediate the root causes identified
