Job Title : Procurement Operations Executive | Spanish Language Expert | Procurement & Supply Chain | Hyderabad

Job Description:

We are hiring Spanish Language Experts to join our Procurement Operations team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for professionals with strong Spanish communication skills who are interested in procurement, supply chain operations, purchase order processing, and global business support.

As a Procurement Operations Executive, you will support procurement activities, process purchase requisitions, assist with purchase order creation, coordinate with global stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high service quality and SLA compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Spanish language support for procurement and supply chain operations.
Review Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Shopping Cart (SC) requests.
Support Purchase Order (PO) creation and validation.
Ensure SLA adherence, quality, and process accuracy.
Coordinate with internal teams and Spanish-speaking stakeholders.
Handle procurement-related queries and resolve operational issues.
Track open requests and follow up for timely closure.
Perform quality checks to minimize processing errors.
Follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines.
Participate in client meetings and business discussions when required.
Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Maintain strong communication with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

Strong Spanish language proficiency (Reading, Writing & Speaking).
Basic understanding of Procurement Operations and Supply Chain Management.
Knowledge of Purchase Requisition (PR), Shopping Cart (SC), and Purchase Order (PO) processes.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3).
1–4 years of experience in Procurement Operations, Supply Chain, Shared Services, BPO, or Global Business Services.
Spanish language proficiency is mandatory.
