Job Summary

We are looking for a Procurement Operations – Russian Language Expert to support procurement activities by providing Russian language assistance while ensuring compliance with procurement processes, client requirements, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The role involves handling procurement requests, supporting Purchase Order (PO) creation, communicating with Russian-speaking stakeholders, and maintaining process quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Russian language support for procurement operations.
Read, understand, and communicate process-related information in Russian.
Process Procurement Requests (PR) and Shopping Cart (SC) requests.
Perform due diligence before supporting Purchase Order (PO) creation.
Ensure timely processing while meeting quality standards and SLAs.
Support procurement and supply chain operations.
Handle customer and stakeholder queries effectively.
Follow up on open items and resolve pending requests.
Adhere to customer escalation matrices.
Perform peer-to-peer quality checks to minimise processing errors.
Identify and support process improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
Participate in client calls and business meetings when required.
Build strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.
Follow standard operating procedures and internal compliance requirements.
