Role Summary

We are hiring Spanish-speaking associates to support procurement operations for our client. You will read, understand and communicate Spanish-language process information, process purchase requests, and make sure work meets the client’s legal and statutory requirements, agreed processes and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Provide Spanish language support for procurement operations in line with client requirements, processes and SLAs
• 
  
• Receive PR/SC requests, review standard checkpoints after due diligence and support PO creation, interpreting Spanish-language inputs where needed
• 
  
• Apply basic procurement and supply chain knowledge while supporting Spanish-language activities
• 
  
• Make sure work is accurate and meets SLAs, and track productivity on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• 
  
• Handle queries from customers and third-party stakeholders, follow up on open items and follow the client’s escalation matrix
• 
  
• Support Spanish-language communication with stakeholders for timely clarification and resolution of queries
• 
  
• Attend weekly calls and other business communications with the client’s local team, as needed
• 
  
• Do peer-to-peer quality checks to limit processing errors
• 
  
• Follow SOPs and training manuals, and make sure deliverables are of good quality
• 
  
• Identify, assist and implement process improvements

• Maintain a personal development plan with your supervisor

• Keep communication high within the team and build good relationships with stakeholders

Education

• 
  
• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Required Skills

• Primary: Spanish language proficiency, including reading, understanding and communicating process information

• Secondary: Basic knowledge of procurement operations, supply chain operations, PR/SC handling, PO creation support and process compliance

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Understanding of customer quality and productivity expectations
