Position - Program Manager or Senior Project Manager

Salary ~200K max WFH - Yes Shifting

Location - Site - BCG/Pasig, Philippines

Exp - 12 + Years ( Mandatory )

Job Responsibilities

Customer Management, requirements gathering, and work towards closure

• Requirement grooming - conducting workshops, document requirements, and requirements acceptance criteria

• Good Knowledge of various open source technologies & frameworks

• Owns the Program and Program Objective/outcome

• Steer and establishes control over all aspects of the program including planning, organizing, staffing, funding, leading, and controlling program activities.

• Establish quality doctrine for the program and enforce adherence and controls

• Establish program charter and its tracks.

• Work with senior management stakeholders (internal and external) to align towards program priorities

• Represent program in all strategic forums and prioritizes program requirements in steering group and projects

• Ensure that strategic and tactical drive is communicated to the program team.

• Enable resolution of the issues raised between partner teams and manage and resolve the escalations.

• Ensure program deliverables are delivered

• Establish communications and OCM controls as needed by the program

• Act on the issues and risks raised to eliminate/mitigate program impediments

Good to have: Business/Domain knowledge on Telecom OSS/BSS
