Project Manager – Company Financials / Equity Capital Markets

Location: Kolkata / Thane / Chennai
Experience: 10–15 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage Company Financials delivery for the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team across global delivery centers.

The candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale financial information delivery operations, ensuring high accuracy and timely delivery, managing client relationships and SLAs, leading large teams, driving performance improvements, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Capital Markets, Financial Information Services, Company Financial Reports, Financial Statement Analysis, Client Management, Team Leadership, and P&L Management.

B.Com / M.Com in Accounting & Finance
MBA – Finance
ICWA
CA

Required Experience

Overall 10+ years of experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience independently managing large assignments in Capital Markets and Financial Information Services.
Strong understanding of the Equity Capital Markets segment.
Experience managing large global delivery teams and operations.
Experience in client management, SLA governance, performance management, and business delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Company Financials delivery across global delivery centers.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial information and reports.
Lead a team of 100–200 team members across multiple streams, geographies, time zones, and cultures.
Manage client meetings, discussions, and ongoing client relationships.
Act as the Delivery Owner and SPOC for the assigned business.
Govern, review, and manage client-defined SLAs and internal performance metrics.
Analyze daily performance indicators and drive continuous performance improvement.
Provide leadership, guidance, coaching, and feedback to individual team members and teams.
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Understand and address business requirements effectively.
Own and manage P&L for the assigned cluster.
Plan staffing and training requirements.
Build a culture of accountability, integrity, and respect.
Identify new business opportunities to grow the cluster.
Support effort estimation, validation, and pricing for new opportunities.
Participate in projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Ensure effective execution within defined timelines and quality standards.
