Quality Analyst (Six Sigma Black Belt Certified)
Location: Kolkata
Experience: 10–15 Years
CTC: Up to ₹20 LPA

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Quality Analyst with a mandatory Six Sigma Black Belt Certification to lead quality improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in process improvement, quality management systems, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Management
Develop, implement, and monitor quality standards and processes.
Ensure compliance with organizational and client quality objectives.
Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Lean Six Sigma
Lead Lean Six Sigma projects using DMAIC/DMADV methodologies.
Identify process gaps and implement sustainable improvements.
Mentor and train teams on Six Sigma tools and best practices.
Data Analysis
Analyze operational and project data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
Utilize tools such as Minitab, Power BI, and Advanced Excel.
Process Improvement
Identify inefficiencies and recommend process optimization strategies.
Implement frameworks to improve productivity, reduce defects, and optimize costs.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives.
Present insights, findings, and improvement recommendations to leadership and clients.
Required Qualifications
Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (Mandatory)
10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, or related functions
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
