What You'll Do

As a Quality Analyst, you will lead quality assurance and process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Quality Management

Develop, implement, and monitor quality standards, frameworks, and governance processes across projects.
Ensure compliance with organizational quality policies, client expectations, and industry standards.
Monitor quality performance and recommend improvements to achieve operational excellence.

Lean Six Sigma Leadership

Lead Lean Six Sigma projects using DMAIC and DMADV methodologies.
Identify process inefficiencies, eliminate defects, and optimize business operations.
Drive data-based decision-making through continuous improvement initiatives.
Mentor, coach, and train teams on Six Sigma principles, tools, and best practices.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze operational and project data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Develop quality dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports using analytical tools.
Present actionable insights and recommendations to business leaders and clients.

Process Improvement

Design and implement process improvement frameworks to increase productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Lead initiatives focused on reducing operational costs and improving process efficiency.
Standardize best practices across projects and business functions.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project quality objectives.
Partner with business leaders, delivery teams, and clients to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Present project outcomes, quality metrics, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Process Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or a related field.
Mandatory Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
Proven experience leading enterprise-level quality improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills

Candidates should have strong expertise in:

Lean Six Sigma Methodologies (DMAIC, DMADV)
Process Improvement & Business Transformation
Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, CMMI, etc.)
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Statistical Analysis
Data Visualization & Reporting
Minitab
Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
Power BI
KPI Development & Performance Measurement

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in IT Services, BPM, or Consulting environments.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Exposure to automation tools and technology-driven quality improvement initiatives.
Experience leading large-scale transformation or operational excellence programs.
