About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced Quality Analyst with a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification to lead quality and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Quality Management Systems, data analysis, process optimization, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
* Lead Lean Six Sigma projects using DMAIC/DMADV methodologies.
* Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
* Develop and implement quality standards and process improvement initiatives.
* Create quality reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and achieve quality objectives.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 10–15 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, or a related role.
* Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (Mandatory).
* Hands-on experience with Minitab, Power BI, or Advanced Excel.
* Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, CMMI).
