Quality Check & MIS Analyst – Finance & Accounting (AP, AR & GL)
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 5–10 Years

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Quality Check & MIS Analyst to perform quality reviews, compliance verification, audit support, and MIS reporting across Finance & Accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), PTP, OTC, RTR, Payroll, Project Costing, Treasury, Tax, and FP&A.
Key Responsibilities
Perform quality checks and internal control reviews across F&A processes.
Review compliance, approvals, SOX reporting, and accounting deliverables.
Support AP, PTP, and RTR teams during month-end and quarter-end closing.
Assist with statutory audits, internal audits, and GFC compliance.
Prepare MIS reports, SLA/KPI dashboards, and governance presentations.
Coordinate with global stakeholders and clients on quality, compliance, and performance.
Conduct periodic training on accounting policies, procedures, and client-specific changes.
Identify process gaps, analyze errors, and drive continuous improvement and transformation.
Monitor SLA/KPI performance and recommend corrective actions.
Required Skills & Experience
5–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting operations, quality control, audit, or MIS.
Strong understanding of AP, AR, GL, PTP, OTC, and RTR processes.
Excellent analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Good understanding of ERP systems and financial controls.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong stakeholder management and result-oriented approach.
Ability to manage tight deadlines and work with global stakeholders.
Education
Finance or Commerce qualification preferred, such as B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, CA, CMA, or equivalent.
