Job Description

We are hiring an experienced R2R Analyst / General Ledger Accountant with 3–5 years of experience in Record to Report, General Ledger, and Financial Accounting.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in month-end closing, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.

2. Prepare, post, and validate journal entries.

3. Handle balance sheet account reconciliations.

4. Manage accruals, provisions, and general ledger activities.

5. Support financial reporting, audits, and SOX compliance.

6. Resolve outstanding accounting discrepancies.

7. Work with stakeholders to ensure timely financial closure.

Mandatory Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in R2R / GL / Financial Accounting.

• Month-end closing and journal entries.

• Balance sheet reconciliations.

• Accruals, provisions, and financial reporting.

• Strong accounting principles.

• Advanced MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.

Good to Have

• SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• SOX controls and audit exposure.

• Intercompany accounting and fixed assets.

• Shared Services / MNC experience.

• ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualification (completed or pursuing).
