R2R / General Ledger Accountant

LOCATION: Gurgaon

EXPERIENCE: 3–5 years

QUALIFICATION: ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent (completed or pursuing) – preferred


Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced R2R/General Ledger Accountant to manage month-end closing, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting. You will ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal controls while meeting strict deadlines.


Mandatory Skills

3–5 years of relevant experience in R2R / General Ledger / Financial Accounting – required


Hands-on experience in month-end closing and journal entries – required


Experience in balance sheet account reconciliations – required


Knowledge of accruals, provisions, and financial reporting – required


Good understanding of accounting principles – required


Proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP – required


Preferred Skills

Experience in SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar ERP systems


Exposure to SOX controls and audit processes


Experience in Shared Services or multinational organizations


Knowledge of intercompany accounting and fixed assets


ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent accounting qualification (completed or pursuing)
