Hiring: R2R – Senior Associate

Location: Noida | Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA | Band: BPO 2/3

Join our Finance & Accounting team and build your career in Record to Report (R2R/RTR)!

What You’ll Do:
Prepare & post journal entries and support month-end close
Handle fixed assets, lease accounting & reporting
Perform cash & balance-sheet reconciliations
Research open items and drive timely closure
Maintain accuracy, TAT & customer deliverables
Identify process gaps and drive improvements
Communicate professionally with customers & stakeholders

What You Need:
⭐ 3–5 years hands-on R2R experience
⭐ SAP or JD Edwards knowledge
⭐ Strong Excel & MS Office skills
⭐ Excellent English & analytical/problem-solving skills
⭐ Willingness to work ANZ shifts

5 Days WFO mandatory, including one weekend during month-end close.
Ex-TCS employees are not eligible.
