Record to Report Ops Senior Analyst

Job Overview
We are hiring a Record to Report Ops Specialist with 5–8 years of experience in Finance Operations, R2R, and Account Reconciliations. The role involves analyzing financial data, reconciling transactions, resolving moderately complex accounting issues, and supporting financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform account reconciliations and analyze financial transactions.
Review and reconcile general ledger and sub-ledger accounts.
Analyze operational and financial data to support accurate financial outcomes.
Identify discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis.
Resolve moderately complex accounting and reconciliation issues.
Develop and implement solutions using existing methods and procedures.
Work with supervisors, peers, management, and client stakeholders as required.
Support process improvements and contribute to team goals.
Manage assigned work efforts and provide guidance to junior team members when required.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned R2R activities.
Work in rotational shifts based on business requirements.
Required Qualifications
5–8 years of relevant experience in Record to Report, Finance Operations, General Accounting, or Account Reconciliations.
Educational background in B.Com, BMS Finance, MBA Finance, or CA Inter.
Strong experience in Account Reconciliations.
Good understanding of General Ledger and sub-ledger accounting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle moderately complex financial/accounting issues.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
