Job Title : Record to Report (RTR) Analyst | General Ledger | SAP | Finance & Accounting | Chennai

Job Description

We are hiring a Record to Report (RTR) Analyst to support end-to-end financial accounting operations, including General Ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close activities, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP/SAP S4 HANA, strong accounting knowledge, and the ability to deliver accurate financial results within SLA timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Perform General Ledger accounting and month-end close activities.
Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
Support fixed asset accounting and internal order creation.
Process financial transactions and ensure accounting accuracy.
Maintain reporting, query logs, and reconciliation records.
Support system testing (UAT) and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, quality standards, and turnaround times.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Postgraduate in Accountancy.
CA / CMA (ICWA) / CPA / CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred.
Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3).
2–8 years of experience in RTR, General Ledger, or Finance & Accounting operations.
