Job Title: Recruitment Exdcutive - India & US Staffing

Job Location:: WFH / Hybrid

Qualification: Graduate / Under Graduate / Diploma in HR or (Any Stream)

Key Purpiose: Building talent pipeline through effective sourcing channels and screening of agent to mid/senior level candidate profiles for our clients who is into the healthcare business. Drive client enagement and coordination by acting as an interface between the sourcing team and the client.

Key Attributes:

Must have minimum 2 year experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.for bulk or lateral hiring for BPOs.

Must have experience working on job portals and should have worked on an ATS.

Must have experience in lateral / supervisory hiring.

Must have strong exposure in candidate assesment and screening basis the JD and job role to build quality talent pipeline for the clients.

Should have strong interpersonal skills and drive communication on the new and existing hiring mandates with the sourcing teams across locations.

Must have exposure towards alternate sourcing channels like social meida, networking, free job sites.

Must have good communication skills and should be well versed with MS Office.

Must be self driven and able to work idenpendently on aissgnments with minimal supervision.

Maintain and provide daily MIS reports to the client on Tgt vs Del, conduct weekly weekly / monthly review meeting with the client partners.

Must be a go getter and thrive towards achieving weekly / monthly targets.
