Job Title: Recruitement Consultant

Job Location:: Work From Home

Key Purpiose: Sourcing Talent for Tier1 clients, building a strong talent pipeline for the assigned mandates.

Key Attributes:

Must be a Graduate/UGrad with minimum 1 year experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.

Must have experience working on job portals and hiring through alternate sourcing channels like social meida, networking and other free job sites.

Must have good communication and should be well versed with MS Office

Must be self driven and able to work idenpendently on aissgnments with minimal supervision.

Must be able to understand job descriptions and source candidates in accordance.

Must be a go getter and thrive towards achieving monthly goals.
