Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to manage hotel onboarding, system migrations, and reservation-related project activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution, timely delivery, and smooth business transitions.

The ideal candidate should have strong project management, stakeholder coordination, analytical, and reporting skills, preferably with exposure to the hospitality, hotel reservations, or online travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end system migration projects, ensuring timely execution and minimal operational disruption.

• Coordinate new hotel onboarding activities across Technology, Distribution, Sales, and Hotel Operations teams.

• Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external hotel partners to ensure successful onboarding.

• Oversee project documentation, trackers, action plans, and status reports.

• Identify project risks, operational challenges, and potential delays, and drive corrective actions.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of pending activities.

• Monitor onboarding progress and provide regular updates to senior management.

• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Competencies

• 8–10 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or operations management.

• Strong experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.

• Good understanding of project planning, execution, and tracking.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, reporting tools, and project trackers.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

• Knowledge of hotel reservations, hospitality systems, or travel operations will be an advantage.

• Ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
