Hiring – SCM Planning & Scheduling Associate

Location: Kolkata
Experience: 2–4 Years
Band: BPO 1
Salary: ₹6–7 LPA
Shift: 12:00 PM–10:00 PM / 1:00 PM–11:00 PM

Education

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).

Key Skills & Responsibilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hands-on experience with SAP MM, LE & SD modules.
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Sound knowledge of Sourcing & Procurement processes.
Responsible for the PR-to-PO conversion process.
Knowledge of contract management and managing contracts with different suppliers.
Experience in vendor negotiation and vendor onboarding.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
Ability to read, understand and respond effectively to emails and calls.
Ensure accuracy and meet defined timelines and quality standards.
Build strong relationships with internal teams, stakeholders and clients.
Prepare and maintain reports for various stakeholders.
Experience in handling UK customers.
Effectively manage client and internal stakeholders.
