Job Overview

We are hiring a Senior Associate with strong experience in France Accounting and core finance operations. The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close activities.

Candidates with exposure to France Accounting processes will be preferred. Knowledge of the French language is an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end France Accounting operations and financial transactions.
• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain General Ledger activities.
• Perform account reconciliations and balance sheet reviews.
• Execute month-end and year-end closing activities within defined timelines.
• Process invoices, payments, accruals, and financial adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and financial regulations.
• Support financial reporting, audits, and statutory requirements.
• Analyze accounting data and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and finance teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain process documentation and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.

Required Skills

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Finance Operations.
• Strong understanding of France Accounting processes.
• Good knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Reconciliations.
• Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• French language proficiency is an added advantage.
• Domain expertise in Accounting is mandatory.

Eligibility Criteria

• 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience is mandatory.
• Candidates with France Accounting exposure will be preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience in Shared Services/BPO Finance Operations will be an added advantage.
