Job Title: Senior Associate – France Accounting

Location: Mumbai

Role Overview

TCS is looking for a Senior Associate – France Accounting to manage end-to-end France accounting operations and core finance processes. The role involves General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, audit support, and compliance while ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end France accounting operations.
Process journal entries and General Ledger transactions.
Perform account and balance sheet reconciliations.
Execute month-end and year-end closing activities.
Process invoices, payments, accruals, and financial transactions.
Support financial reporting and audit requirements.
Coordinate with finance teams and internal stakeholders.
Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Maintain accounting documentation and internal controls.
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4–5 years of accounting and finance operations experience.
France Accounting.
General Ledger (GL).
Accounts Payable (AP).
Accounts Receivable (AR).
Account Reconciliation.
Balance Sheet Reconciliation.
Journal Entries.
Month-End Closing.
Year-End Closing.
Financial Reporting.
Accounting Principles.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
